We collect only what's needed to operate your account: email address, account balance, and a history of the actions you run. We do not store your Facebook credentials — every transfer uses a session you already have in your own browser, mediated by our helper extension.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to run transfers, bill your balance correctly, and provide a complete audit trail in your dashboard. We do not build behavioral profiles, sell data, share it with third parties for advertising, or load third-party trackers on this site.

3. Data retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account. Transfer logs are kept indefinitely for billing transparency and dispute resolution. You can request a full export or deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. Security

All traffic to MetaMax Digital uses TLS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. The helper extension runs only on our dashboard and uses your existing Facebook session — your credentials never touch our servers.
