Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using MetaMax Digital, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What we provide

MetaMax Digital is a dashboard for operating monetization workflows on Facebook (transfers between payouts, payout creation, connection checks, tax form generation). We operate within Facebook's official monetization model.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to keep your account secure, use the service only for monetized pages and profiles you own or are authorized to manage, and to comply with Facebook's own terms of service.

4. Billing

Page and profile transfers are charged from your prepaid balance at the rate shown when you start the transfer. The cost is deducted upfront. If a transfer fails, retries of the same transfer within the cooldown window are free — you're not charged twice for the same attempt. Supporting tools (payout creation, connection checks, tax forms) are free with no caps.

5. Refunds

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
